Arduino UNO and Nextion

Open the arduino editor
Go to programs / include library / include zip library
A window opens
Select the file you downloaded from the libraries (without decompressing).

You will not have installed the nextion libraries of itead?
I think the problem is in the arduino editor. A problem with the libraries and does not compile the program, so it does not load into the arduino.
